- How to use
LIVER-Screen is a rapid liver diagnostic test that allows you to determine whether your liver is being overburdened by medications, dietary supplements, alcohol, or excess weight. It assesses the physiological condition of the liver, thereby helping to prevent liver damage or inflammation. The LIVER-Screen test detects significantly elevated levels of ALT and AST transaminases (over 80 IU/L) in blood obtained from a fingertip. This test is also used by physicians. It is highly sensitive and provides real-time laboratory results (within 10 minutes) in the comfort of your home.

Place the contents of the box on a clean, dry, and flat surface, such as a table, and then:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap, rinse them with clean running water, and dry them.
2. Tear open the aluminum package along the edges, then remove the test strip and the plastic pipette. Discard the desiccant packet.
3. Prepare the lancing device. Unscrew, remove, and discard the gray cap without touching the release button.
4. Disinfect the selected fingertip and massage it to improve blood circulation.
5. Firmly press the lancet against the disinfected fingertip and press the lancet release button.
6. The tip of the lancing device automatically retracts for safety after use.
7. Gently massage the pricked fingertip to obtain blood droplets.
8. Without squeezing the pipette, bring its tip close to the blood droplet. The blood will move up the capillary tube to the marked line on the pipette. If the line on the pipette is not reached, you can massage to obtain another drop of blood. Avoid getting air bubbles in the pipette if possible.
9. Transfer the collected blood into the sample well of the test plate by squeezing the pipette tip.
10. Wait 30-40 seconds until all the serum has entered the sample.
11. Unscrew the blue cap and add 4 drops of diluent into the sample well, holding the diluent vertically.
12. Read the test result after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the test result after 15 minutes.
