Rotadeno-Screen is a specialized rapid immunodiagnostic test designed to detect rotavirus and adenovirus antigens in stool samples using two different strips housed within a single cassette. Both rotaviruses and adenoviruses are leading causes of gastrointestinal infections (and associated syndromes), particularly in children.

The Rotadeno-Screen® test should be administered in cases of gastrointestinal infections, digestive system inflammation, or symptoms such as acute diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and weakness. Infections caused by rotaviruses and adenoviruses can be severe in young children, many of whom may require hospitalization.
