Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth using circular motions, while gently massaging your gums. I bought this toothpaste after seeing a review that said it helps remove brown or black plaque. My child developed this plaque after taking iron supplements, and we started using the toothpaste when they were 1 year old. It did help reduce the plaque, but it's important to follow all recommendations together, as just using the toothpaste alone won't be effective! Here are the recommendations given by our dentist:
