Use the provided spatula to scoop a small amount of balm. Apply it to your face and gently massage until all makeup is dissolved. Add water to transform the oil into an emulsion and massage again. Then, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
When I tried it for the first time, I fell in love. It emulsified beautifully and gently dissolved makeup. The second time I ordered it for myself and my friends, I was shocked and disappointed. Although the texture was the same, it was impossible to rinse off my face. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe and then use a foam cleanser. It felt like two different products. I didn't order it from here, but I came to read the reviews. Opinions are divided; some people love it like I once did, while others feel like they've smeared lard on their face.
