This product is designed to address serious problems and does not provide immediate results. To accelerate hair growth, 6 ampoules twice a year are sufficient. The shampoo does not necessarily have to be from the same company, the main thing is that it is silicone-free, as silicones create a film on the skin and hinder penetration. Any shampoo, even the cheapest one, will do.

The product did not work.

In 19, I took a course of Solgar Vitamin C with a 2-course interval. It was a multi-something and "Hair Skin Nails". I finished taking them at the beginning of June. The idea was to stop hair loss and revitalize my hair. After a month (in July), it was a disaster. My hair was falling out in bunches. They were almost waist-length. In short, it got to the point where I couldn't even wear my hair down anymore. In early October, I decided to count how many hairs were falling out during a simple daily combing - 156 hairs. And when I washed my hair, a similar bunch would fall out. So, on average, 150-300 hairs were falling out every day. There were no illnesses or anything, my diet was the same as always, and stress levels were normal. I blamed these vitamins because everything deteriorated very abruptly after taking them.

I was skeptical about the ampoules, but in the end, I took the risk. The course consisted of 12 ampoules (every 3 days or every 2 days for advanced stages). I only needed the ampoules twice.
