Olivia Plum Halo Illuminating Tonic with 5% Glycolic AcidStart by removing makeup and/or washing your face to cleanse away impurities from the day. Apply the tonic to a cotton pad and gently cleanse your face, avoiding the eye area. Allow the tonic to fully absorb into your skin before proceeding with the rest of your skincare routine.
