It dried out within a couple of months, even though I haven't opened it since the purchase. I don't recommend it.
I have a feeling that it has been watered down, it spreads and hardly draws, just a gray watery mess. I didn't expect this, especially since I've used this eyeliner before and everything was perfect. I am very disappointed with the Makeup service.

However, my impression is that I received something different: the brush is stiff and dense (making it difficult to draw thin lines) and it smudges easily, although it was hot weather. On the positive side, it does dry quickly. I doubt I will order it again, hoping for a "correct" version.
