Fully charge the portable controller before first use.

Attach the straps to the side of the mask using the Velcro fasteners, and insert the protective goggles.

Connect the cable to the port on the portable controller.

Clean your skin and dry it with a towel.

Hold the mask close to your face to ensure the best fit. Use the straps to fasten the Velcro at the back of your head. You can adjust the straps to ensure a snug fit.

Make sure the protective goggles are securely positioned on your face to prevent light leakage.

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the mask.

Press the power button to select a different mode, and use the time selection button to choose the duration of the session. You can select 10, 20, or 30 minutes.

Once the time has elapsed, the device will turn off. If you wish to turn off the device during the process, hold the power button for 2 seconds.
