Open the sachet containing the exfoliant and apply it evenly to the skin of your hands. Gently massage in circular motions, allowing the exfoliant to penetrate deeper into the skin. Leave it on for 5 minutes to complete the exfoliation process. Rinse off the exfoliant with warm water.
Open the sachet containing the paraffin mask and warm the mask thoroughly in your hands. Apply a thin, even layer to the skin of your hands. Put on plastic gloves and cover your hands with an insulating material. After 10-15 minutes, remove the gloves and blot any remaining paraffin with a paper towel or cloth. Use the mask 2-3 times a week for optimal results.
