I have long hair with an ash-blonde color, and every two months, I dye the gray roots. I decided to try a 250 ml bottle of this shampoo. It dries my hair a lot and doesn't lather well, so I wash my hair first with a regular shampoo and then with the toning one. I apply it with gloves (it stains hands) and comb it through from roots to ends, which takes about 2-4 minutes. It tones well, so I use it every other wash. I also use the conditioner from the same brand.
