Heat the pack in the microwave for 25 seconds at 1000W, 30 seconds at 900W, or 35 seconds at 700W. After heating, leave it in the microwave for an additional 20 seconds before applying it to the skin. Test it on your skin for 2 minutes. If you need a warmer compress, heat it in the microwave in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 60 seconds, as overheating may cause the product to crack. Alternatively, you can heat the compress in warm water (up to 60°C) for 10 minutes.
Preparation for cold therapy: Place the compress in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply the compress to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before reusing the compress. The product can also be stored in the freezer when not in use (for cold compress preparation).
