I like how this mascara wears. It doesn't flake or smudge, and you can even cry tears of joy without worry. I also appreciate how easily it washes off, with just warm water or Garnier micellar water doing the job perfectly. However, I don't like how it applies. The brush is prickly, and although there's plenty of mascara in the tube, it goes on as if it's dried out. There's no volume to speak of. After using it for a few months, I ended up throwing it away.

I received my order, but the mascara arrived without any protective film or factory seal. The lack of such packaging raises concerns about the product's integrity and quality. Why are items being sold without factory packaging?
