Before using the aroma lamp, ensure the room is well-ventilated, then close all windows and doors. Fill the lamp’s bowl with water and add the necessary amount of essential oil drops, either a single type or a blend of 3-5 oils, considering the age groups of the people in the room. On average, use 1-2 drops of essential oil per 3-5 square meters. Place a lit tea light candle in the base of the aroma lamp. The session typically lasts 25-30 minutes, but you can gradually extend it to 2-3 hours.
Safety Precautions: The lit lamp must be placed according to safety regulations. Keep children and pets away from the open flame and essential oils. Ensure the water does not boil. The recommended water temperature is 50-60°C (122-140°F). Refill the water in the bowl regularly if it evaporates quickly. Do not use scented candles, as their synthetic fragrances can overpower the subtle aroma of essential oils. Before using an essential oil for the first time, make sure you are not allergic to its components. Follow the safety instructions provided with the essential oil.
