I have been using this product for many years now, and it is wonderful. It provides excellent protection for my hair when I blow dry it, making it shiny and smooth. It is also an essential tool for styling. I highly recommend it, especially considering its affordable price.

I purchased the oil in the old version! I used one bottle for over a year! My hair is very fine and porous, so it's impossible to overdo it. I applied a lot, but there was no greasiness or stickiness! When I used it alone, there was no smoothness or shine, nothing special, just an incredible scent!

But it really showed its effects when I applied it before using either a milk or a cream. The effect was super! So, the oil only works when layered with other products, and that works for me!

For those who are interested, it pairs well with Redken smoothing milk, Kerastase genesis milk, and a more affordable cream for split ends by Echosline. That's when my hair looks amazing!

I wouldn't buy it now at this price, it's better to add a little more and buy Kerastase oil on a good discount. It works great on its own!

However, it doesn't provide smoothing effects.

I have been buying this hair oil from the old packaging for years and couldn't be happier with the results. However, I recently purchased it in the new packaging and was quite disappointed. The amazing scent of the oil has been replaced with a strong alcohol smell, and the consistency has become very watery. Moreover, my hair doesn't look as shiny and voluminous as it used to after using it. I am not sure if I will continue buying it in the new packaging.

I didn't buy it here. On my wavy, prone to dryness hair, it works like any other leave-in conditioner (provides shine, softness, manageability). BUT this heavenly smell, it smells very delicious, something milky, like iris. I adore it. By the way, it's very difficult to overdo it with this product, as it focuses more on silicones. The hair absorbs the oil, there is no greasiness on the hair. Once, I accidentally squeezed out more product and decided to apply it that way. I didn't have to wash it off. I have the old version of the packaging.

The product is not bad if you don't combine it with the L'Oreal Professionnel Serie Expert Liss Unlimited Prokeratin Shampoo, like I did. I thought it would make sense to use both the shampoo and the oil together since they were developed as part of the same line and should work well together. But NO! The shampoo dries out my hair, and when combined with this oil, I ended up with hair that looked like it hadn't been washed in a month or even longer. I was in a hurry, but I couldn't leave the house with such "great" hair, so I had to wash my head again, which made me late for the event. In short, I had to throw away the shampoo and kept the oil. I apply two sprays of the oil from the middle of my hair, mostly focusing on the ends.

The oil is lightweight, but I don't use it before blow-drying, only as a finishing touch when necessary. For heat protection (even if I use the lowest setting on the hairdryer, it's still necessary), I prefer more creamy consistencies. Previously, I had a cream for curls (Schwarzkopf) and a good milk for high-temperature protection (Kérastase Discipline), and the hair oils I've tried before were more suitable for colored/bleached hair, but not really for healthy hair - they even made it look dull. This oil is very lightweight and doesn't weigh down the hair, it adds shine, but it can make it dryer.
The scent is pleasant for me, floral, but there is one downside - a strong alcohol smell. That's why I rub it and hold it on my palms for about 20 seconds, allowing the alcohol to evaporate a bit (it's the second ingredient in the composition, alcohol denat.), I don't immediately feel like applying it to my hair.

It dries out my hair, has an excessive consumption, and the smell is unbearable for me - it's a heavy medicinal-masculine scent that not everyone would like. As for the heat protection, I have no idea if it even provides any. Considering the poor quality, the price is unjustifiable.
