I've been using this cream for about two weeks now. The instructions recommend applying it twice a week to start, so I've tried it about five times. It's too early to see results since niacinamide works slowly and noticeable improvements should appear in about three months. However, my first impression is excellent! I apply it to my face before bed and haven't experienced any irritation. The cream is thick but spreads easily and feels comfortable.
It doesn't cause redness, which I've read can happen with niacinamide, but perhaps the concentration in this product is low, or my skin just tolerates it well. For reference, I have combination skin that's prone to dryness, and I'm 50 years old, but my skin is in good condition. The cream doesn't leave a shiny, greasy layer but makes my skin feel elastic, meaning it doesn't just disappear like some products do, which I really like.
