We begin the massage at the neck, placing the edge of the plate near the collarbone and moving it towards the jawline. Next, we massage the cheeks, starting at the side of the nose and moving the plate at a 90-degree angle upwards towards the ears. For the area around the eyes, there are two options: the classic method, moving from the inner corners of the eyes outward, or the reverse method, which includes massaging the upper eyelid. For this, move the plate from the outer corner of the eye towards the inner corner and then roll it upward. Next, we massage the forehead. Do the same as with the cheeks, moving from the center outward on both sides. We finish the massage with a vertical motion. Start just below the nose, move the plate along the nose line up across the forehead, and end at the hairline.
