Take an amount of the size of a coin in the hands. (Avoid wetting the product or the hands before use.) Use fingertips to apply the balm to dry face skin and the area around the eyes. Add warm water and massage to dissolve face and eye makeup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat the face dry. For double cleansing, follow with All About Clean TM Liquid Facial Soap after using the balm. Close the product lid after use, keep water out of the jar, and store in a dry place.

I'm disappointed with this product that I purchased. It has an awful and unpleasant smell, like someone mixed vaseline with coal. Even after washing my face with a cleansing gel, I still experience unpleasant sensations that are difficult to wash away. I noticed enlarged pores in areas where I didn't have them before, and these pores are filled with stubborn dirt that's hard to remove! Maybe it's suitable for dry skin, but I wouldn't recommend it for combination skin.
I am extremely satisfied with this balm. I used its classic version before and I was amazed. The only difference with this one is probably the color. It quickly and effectively removes stubborn makeup and is suitable for sensitive eyes. It's like a fairytale.
I bought this product as an additional item to receive a gift on promotion. After struggling to remove my eyeliner with three cotton disks and micellar water, I decided to give this balm a try. To my surprise, it instantly dissolved my makeup. Maybe another oil-based product would have worked too, but I didn't have any other option at the time, and this one did the job :)
I bought the largest jar of this product - it will probably last for a year. It effectively removes even waterproof mascara, the key is to use the right amount, gently massage it for a while. If you use an enzyme afterward, it helps to even out the skin. My skin is oily and problematic, but it doesn't clog pores, although I use acids.
I didn't understand this product. It doesn't melt upon contact with the skin like oil or something similar. Instead, it smears into some kind of dirt and doesn't really dissolve makeup. I have to wash it off three more times with a cleansing gel.
