    It's Okay

The texture is extremely hard. You have to scrape it out of the jar with your nails or other objects. Warming it up in your hands and breaking up the clumps is quite difficult and takes a lot of time (even in 40-degree heat, it was quite a task).

It removes makeup like most oil-based cleansers. You need to use fairly hot water to rinse it off properly. Otherwise, the feeling of a film on your skin doesn't go away, even after washing twice with cleansing gels. (I always use water-based cleansers as a second step after oil-based products.)

And my "favorite" part is cleaning the bathroom fixtures afterward, which really puts me off using it.

At least it didn't cause any breakouts, so there's that.

Overall, I'll finish the jar, but I definitely won't buy it again. There are plenty of other products that are more affordable and more pleasant to use.

The regular balm from this series impressed me much more. I regret deciding to buy the large pack of the charcoal version after trying the other one, as I thought it would be better. Spoiler: it wasn't))) In my opinion, it cleanses less effectively, and the scent is not as pleasant. Plus, you get a lovely black face during use, presumably to ensure everything is rinsed off. So, there are no major complaints, but no enthusiasm either. Now I just have to figure out how to use up the large jar...

This product does a great job of cleansing the skin. I've noticed a reduction in blackheads on my nose since I started using it. I'll definitely be purchasing it again.

I'm disappointed with this product that I purchased. It has an awful and unpleasant smell, like someone mixed vaseline with coal. Even after washing my face with a cleansing gel, I still experience unpleasant sensations that are difficult to wash away. I noticed enlarged pores in areas where I didn't have them before, and these pores are filled with stubborn dirt that's hard to remove! Maybe it's suitable for dry skin, but I wouldn't recommend it for combination skin.

I am extremely satisfied with this balm. I used its classic version before and I was amazed. The only difference with this one is probably the color. It quickly and effectively removes stubborn makeup and is suitable for sensitive eyes. It's like a fairytale.

I bought this product as an additional item to receive a gift on promotion. After struggling to remove my eyeliner with three cotton disks and micellar water, I decided to give this balm a try. To my surprise, it instantly dissolved my makeup. Maybe another oil-based product would have worked too, but I didn't have any other option at the time, and this one did the job :)

I bought the largest jar of this product - it will probably last for a year. It effectively removes even waterproof mascara, the key is to use the right amount, gently massage it for a while. If you use an enzyme afterward, it helps to even out the skin. My skin is oily and problematic, but it doesn't clog pores, although I use acids.

I didn't understand this product. It doesn't melt upon contact with the skin like oil or something similar. Instead, it smears into some kind of dirt and doesn't really dissolve makeup. I have to wash it off three more times with a cleansing gel.
