Use a buffer to remove the glossy layer from your nails to improve the adhesion of the base coat. Brush off the dust and degrease your nails with a nail cleaner. Apply Neonail primer and let it air dry for 1 minute. Then, apply a layer of Neonail base coat for gel polish. If needed, add extra strength with Base Extra Strong or a Rubber base coat. Cure under a lamp, and then apply the gel polish.
