I ordered this product from the website. After several months of regular use, I can say that I am honestly disappointed. The product was heavily advertised and not cheap, but... it did not have the expected effect. It did not help my lips at all. Not at all! In my case, a simple and cheaper but effective "Boroplus" turned out to be more efficient. As for this product, I cannot say anything good. I regret spending my money on it.

The effect of using this product is nonexistent; it only creates an unpleasant film on the lips.

I'm not disappointed, which is good. However, I'm not amazed either. It would be more convenient to use a lipstick where you don't have to control the pressure on the tube to prevent too much gel from coming out. It's just average quality.

I don't know what's in this magical product, but I am shocked. Three weeks after visiting the dentist, my lips became extremely dry and the skin stretched, making it difficult for me to eat and smile. Any facial expression instantly leads to cracks and patches of skin peeling off my lips. I tried zinc ointment, coconut oil, Bepanthen, argan oil, macadamia oil, and my favorite mask from Laneige, which always helped, but now nothing has any effect. As soon as I applied this balm, my lips stopped cracking within half a day. There is still minimal discomfort, but I think it will go away in a few days.

I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. This is what saved me in one day. Lips need moisturizing in summer and winter. My lips were so severely dried out from the sun and wind that it was unbearable, very painful. I bought this balm at the pharmacy. I applied it twice on my lips (day and night). By morning, I no longer had that unbearable pain and my lips were significantly better. I am attaching a photo before and after (a difference in one day).
