Well, my working scheme is as follows: I apply eye cream to my lips, and after 15-20 minutes, when the cream is fully absorbed, I apply this balm. The cream moisturizes, and the balm acts as a protective layer on top. If you use it purely for moisturizing, then definitely no, it doesn't work that way.

I applied it 5-6 times in a row on dry, cracked lips, but it seems to dry out even more and make it worse. The Himalaya balm is 5 times cheaper and gives better results.

I bought this balm at the pharmacy and I want to leave a review. With the arrival of cold weather, I always have immediate problems with my lips. There is a crack in the middle that hurts and annoys, my lips are dry and tight, it's awful. I tried using shea butter, vitamin E, and pharmacy glycerin on them for several days, but the pain didn't go away, there was just a film on top and the same awful feeling underneath.

Well... as a balm for 20 minutes, it's okay. And that's all it's capable of. My lips get very dry and the effect of this balm is just the same as any very cheap one ((it's not worth it for that price. It's small, difficult to squeeze out, unpleasant to apply (thin applicator), and it doesn't have any effect.

It does not moisturize, protect, or stay on the lips. It is not worth the money, especially for this size. I do not recommend it to anyone, there are better options in this price range.
