These are decent budget-friendly eyeshadows for beginners. If you're worried about overdoing it with color or aren't quite perfect at blending yet, these will suit you. For more experienced users, I recommend looking into the Flormar Eye Shadow Palette - Smoky. It's priced similarly, but the quality of the eyeshadows is significantly better compared to L.A. Girl.
I hadn't used much makeup before, and this is my first eyeshadow palette. As a first palette, I find it wonderful. I really like the sheer tones. I applied them with brushes over a regular moisturizing lotion. They lasted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (and would have stayed on longer if I hadn't removed my makeup), even after an intense workout at the end of the day. They don't flake throughout the day, though they do fall out a bit when applying. Throughout the day, nothing creased or settled into the eyelid folds.
I really like these eyeshadows; they make it easy to create a daytime look. I wish there were more matte shades, but I’m happy with the ones available. The darker shades aren't very pigmented.
I recently bought this palette online. The eyeshadows are difficult to apply; I have to brush over my eyelid at least three times to see any color at all. They crease easily, and the shades don't look like they do in the promotional pictures. All the colors end up looking the same on my eyes, giving a tired and terrible appearance. I definitely would not recommend this purchase; it's impossible to use. Additionally, two of the colors don't show up on top of each other on the eyelid, leaving only one usable shade due to the poor quality. I do not recommend it!!
The colors are vibrant and last a long time when used with a primer.
The eyeshadows are excellent, especially for the price. They last for 7 hours in 40-degree heat without creasing and without a primer! I applied them directly over a mattifying foundation. The shimmery shades are simply fantastic. I particularly want to mention the sponge brush included in the set: I tried applying the eyeshadows with my own brush, the brush in the set, and the included sponge. I liked the sponge the most. Makeup brand, thank you for the great prices and amazing service! A special shoutout to the couriers for their promptness!
The eyeshadows are great:
- The pigmentation is impressive.
- They don't crumble.
- I'm in love with the gold shade; it's incredibly beautiful.
- The shimmers are magical, perfect for creating both a dramatic stage look and a subtle glow.
Overall, I'm satisfied, but one thing bothers me: the website states that the eyeshadows are made in the USA, yet the palette has an unexpected "Made in China" label.
The palette is quite good, especially for the price. In my opinion, the pigmentation is impressive. I used the eyeshadows for the first time without a primer, and they lasted well for about 6-7 hours. I wasn't a fan of the brush included in the set because it doesn't blend well, but if necessary, you can still apply the eyeshadows with it.
I ordered the GES331 - Nudes palette, and it worked out great. The colors are well-chosen, allowing for both daytime and evening makeup looks. They apply and blend easily. The shimmer has a subtle, elegant effect (except for the gold color, but that's forgivable). A clear advantage is that the colors are light and look fresh on the eyes. However, a downside is their lack of longevity—they last only about 2-3 hours before the makeup seems to fade.
I ordered from here and have no complaints about the delivery; everything was as good as always. The eyeshadows were well-packaged and sealed, though the brush included seems useless to me. The shades themselves are decent, with only three being matte, but one of the satin shades looks more like a matte. The pigmentation is average; even for this price, it could be better. The staying power is decent—my eyelids tend to get oily quickly, but the eyeshadows don't crease. I tested them both on their own and over a powdered concealer. In the latter case, they held up better and appeared more vibrant.
Palette disappointment. While the colors are quite vibrant, the selection is very monotonous. There are many shades, but they are so similar that they look the same on the eyelids, and they give the eyes a tired, unhealthy appearance. Almost all the shades have shimmer; there are only three matte ones, which look like crayons. They apply well over a base, but without it, I'm afraid to even touch them because they fall out so much—it's awful, leaving a mess under the eyes. You have to do your eye makeup first and then apply foundation. I think this is because the eyeshadows are extremely dry. This dryness results in the chalky appearance of the matte shades and the fallout of the shimmery ones. I tried to adjust to them for an entire month, testing and experimenting, but the only place they belong is the trash. I strongly do not recommend this palette. It's better to spend the same amount on fewer shades from another brand that offers higher quality.
I am very satisfied with this palette, especially for the price. The colors look vibrant and expressive on the eyes. However, the first shades are quite crumbly.
This is a pretty good palette; I bought it as a budget-friendly alternative to Urban Decay, and some of the shades are similar. I have oily skin, but with a primer, the eyeshadows last all day.
The product is great; I'm ordering it for the second time as a gift. However, the service is just terrible. I placed my order on December 16, and the package still hasn't arrived. The staff can't provide a tracking number. It's just unbelievable.
These are good eyeshadows; they don't flake and last quite well. In my opinion, there's a bit too much shimmer.
The shades in this palette are very beautiful and warm. However, I would call this palette "Rose." It's perfect for those who love pink tones.
These eyeshadows are from the "mass-market" category, but even from my first experience with L.A. Girl cosmetics, I can say that the quality of this palette is good. The eyeshadows are well-pigmented, the dark shades don't look muddy, and they don't flake or crease. They provide a dense and smooth coverage, making them very pleasant to apply. So far, the only downside for me is the presence of parabens in the ingredients. Additionally, much depends on the makeup brushes you use, but I think that applies to any makeup product.
Hello everyone! Today I received my much-anticipated package from Makeup.
All L.A. Girl cosmetics are highly pigmented, which is definitely a plus! I really liked the eyeshadows. While they may not be luxury products, they should be approached differently. Use more base or primer, depending on how long you want the makeup to last, and the result is fantastic! I use them on models for photoshoots (which can be very long), and they deliver excellent results!
For those interested, I recommend checking out their eyeliners: they are easy to apply, long-lasting, and, best of all, affordable!
I'll put it simply—they're not worth the money, even if it's not a large amount.
