Good day, I purchased the Mood hair dye and mixed shade 13.71 with a 12% developer from the same brand in a ratio of 1:2. I left it on for 50 minutes, my natural base being at a level 5 or 6. However, the end result was a terrible red color at the roots. Additionally, my scalp feels itchy after dyeing, as if there was no violet tone in the dye at all. I do not recommend this product for blondes at all. It was the worst dyeing experience.

Awful paint. It burns when applied, to the point where my eyes feel like they're popping out of my forehead. The last time I experienced this was about 15 years ago when I used a Soviet-era blonde powder. The color is also terrible. I bought shade 11/10, advertised as a popular blonde. In reality, it's a greyish rust color. A horrible yellow tint emerged. It doesn't cover the roots without pre-lightening. I do not recommend it.
