Personally, I have also used a hair mask from the same manufacturer, "7 herbs," and they work well together.
I wash my hair every morning, so I run out of shampoo quickly. I decided to try a cheaper option (this one) and ordered a few different types. To my surprise, they all work well. There is no "wow" effect, but you have to understand that it is just a shampoo. Its job is to cleanse your scalp and hair, not to restore and make your hair magnificent.
I bought this shampoo and I liked it. It cleanses well and lathers nicely. You can use it without a hair mask. It doesn't tangle the hair.

The shampoo is strange, very watery and blue in color. It lathers adequately, but it has the same effect as the cheapest shampoo - my hair feels flattened and dry. I bought it together with the same mask, but I would recommend searching for something better.
