Hair Colour - L'Oreal Paris Casting Natural Gloss
I purchased shade 723 and it is completely different from what is shown on the packaging. It feels like I have already washed my hair ten times with this product, as there is no shine or vibrancy whatsoever. The regular Casting Cream Gloss, especially the one with coconut, is much better in comparison.
This is just horrible. I have light hair. I bought shade 8.23, thinking that if the color doesn't turn out nice, at least it will be maximum reddish. I can deal with that. But it turned out to be a disaster, a dark plum color with a blue undertone. It's just a nightmare... I look like a black plum!! And this is a light shade, why is it like this? It's unclear.
The description said something different. And my hair is light, not dark, not gray, not blue, not plum, to end up like this horror. The only comforting thought is that it will wash out sooner or later. My hair's condition is now bad. Money down the drain.
What is included in the paint kit?
I really like shade 523, it's a beautiful natural color. It does fade over time, but without any annoying red undertones. The only downside is that the delivery is only available from Europe.
I purchased shade 523. I agree with the comments and reviews online - the color is as if I just came from a salon. The hair feels soft and silky. The color is super vibrant and beautiful! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm not allergic and have never had any "sensations" with other dyes, but this one made my scalp tingle and itch while applying. Although I've been using the previous line of Casting for about 5 years and coloring my hair for a total of 15 years. I will give it another chance though, because I really love the results after coloring.
After coloring my hair, it is in good condition. The roots were nicely dyed, although the color turned out slightly darker than on the packaging. I chose the shade 9.23. However, the advantage is that it caused less damage compared to other products, and my hair feels like I just got it professionally colored at a salon for 5k.
The product turned out to be exactly as shown on the package. It doesn't really cover gray hair, but if you apply the dye technique with a 2:1 ratio of developer, the coverage is perfect and it effectively covers gray hair.
