Lattafa Perfumes' Eternal Oud Eau de Parfum features a unisex scent characterized by woody, floral, oriental, and fruity notes. It is infused with exotic oriental harmonies that gracefully complement both men's and women's personas. Eternal Oud presents a rich woody essence highlighted by soft floral and citrus undertones. Amber, musky, and vanilla notes envelop the composition in a spicy and sweet embrace. The lasting power and intensity of Eternal Oud's fragrance make it a favorite among those who appreciate deep, exotic scents.
The aroma unfolds with the fresh citrus notes of sparkling grapefruit. Its scent is effectively articulated through the smoky and simultaneously sweet accents of plum. At the heart of the composition, the unique freshness and sweetness of orchid can be felt. The base is crafted by blending notes of warm amber, aromatic spicy vanilla, and musky wood. Together, these notes form a durable trail.
Great and refined! It's rich, warm, and noble. It's magnificent for winter. I bought it about a year and a half ago, apparently from one of the first releases. It seemed more masculine, but now I realize that it suits a certain mood and image. Noble, I must say. It's quite long-lasting, even very much so. Yes, I agree that it may have a certain monotony, but we were "warned" about Eternal Oud, so I have no complaints about its scent. It's a beautiful composition and definitely unisex, although with a leaning towards the masculine side. The sillage is moderate but quite noticeable. Now, the bottle itself - it's the only one among more than three hundred bottles in my collection that stands out in my interior. It's impossible to hide such beauty in a closet. This bottle adds a certain museum-like feel to it, like a rare exhibit. I don't like extravagance in perfume bottles, but here - my deepest respect to the brand for respecting its customers and the perfume itself. I would like to mention separately that the price of this "beauty" constantly rises; I managed to buy it much cheaper. Perhaps, it's a smart marketing strategy, contrary to the widely accepted European one, where at the start of sales, the initial price is much higher and more expensive than a year and a half or two or five later when the hype subsides and sales begin). By the way, this is a characteristic feature of "Arab" fragrances - it's better to buy them at the very beginning.
This fragrance is an interpretation of the Grand Soir fragrance by MFK. However, many people complain about its short longevity and weak sillage. There is a much more powerful alternative on the same theme from Fragrance World. You can find it here: https://makeup.com.ua/product/1072198/v
I was impressed by the interesting presentation and many positive reviews on YouTube. This perfume will adorn the shelf of any perfume wardrobe, as long as the bottle doesn't break during transportation, that's all. It's somewhat similar to John Varvatos Dark Rebel, but on a smaller scale, although Varvatos has never been known for its longevity.
