It effectively cleanses my problem skin. I apply it on dry skin, massage it onto my face, then wet my hands and allow the oil to react on my face. I rinse it off with regular water, and then use a cleanser. My face is clean, no questions about it, it removes everything. It didn't cause any irritations or clogging, despite having problem skin.
I rarely have reactions to products, but after using this oil, I developed a rash.
I recommend using this product with caution for sensitive and prone to redness skin. My skin is exactly like that and my cheeks burned intensely after using the oil, resulting in spots all over my skin. However, the texture and scent are very pleasant.
The facial oil is incredible! It is very gentle and pleasant, effectively removes makeup, and the scent is amazing... Superb! I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I experienced a severe allergy to this product. (I want to add that I am not allergic at all, and this happened to me for the first time). After the first use, small pimples appeared on my cheeks the next day (the skin became rough to the touch), and there was redness. I regret not taking a sample of the oil right away. In short, I do not recommend it.

The packaging is aesthetically pleasing and the product has a mild centella scent. However, the dispenser can sometimes spit out too much, causing it to splash over the sink. But you can adapt to it.
I apply a few presses and spread it on my face. You can add a little water to create a milky emulsion. It cleanses perfectly and I follow up with a foam cleanser for a thorough cleanse.

I didn't buy it here, but this hydrophilic oil is really great. It emulsifies well and doesn't sting when applied to the eyes. The formula is simply fantastic.
