Repair Hair Mask - Alfaparf Semi Di Lino Reconstruction Reparative Mask
At one point, I received a sample of the shampoo and this mask. I was absolutely amazed by the effect. I ordered the full-sized version and... I was disappointed. After using it, my hair became greasy and that was the only effect. The shampoo worked for my daughter, but the mask just sits there and only affects my conscience that I wasted money on it.
The first thing that I didn't like about this mask is its smell, it is truly unpleasant, like the scent of old men's cologne. And it stays on the hair all day long. In my opinion, it is just an ordinary mask, nothing special that I have noticed.
I really liked this shampoo and mask series, it has a nice scent and natural shine. The texture is soft and silky, which is great for bleached hair. I ordered 2 jars and received a toothpaste as a gift. Thank you.
Wonderful maca. The most effective out of all the ones I've used (more than twenty, if not more). I used to buy it elsewhere. Now I bought it through Makeup.ua. As always, the delivery works well. The mask is effective and the hair feels amazing to touch, filled, silky after the first application. And if used regularly, for a longer period, it promotes hair health and improves its condition.
One of the most effective ones, with a slightly thinner consistency which makes it more convenient for me.
I bought this mask along with the shampoo from the same series. I used it for two months, expecting to see results, but nothing happened. Instead, my hair seemed to become even more frizzy. It was just terrible! I tried leaving it on for both 5 minutes, as instructed, and 30 minutes, and even wrapped my hair in a towel to let it penetrate better. But it didn't help. It's just a waste of money, and the smell is not pleasant either.
I had damaged blonde hair, and this mask is a real find. I am very satisfied with it. I didn't buy it here, to be honest, but for those who have damaged hair, I highly recommend giving it a try.
I didn't buy it here. It was interesting to see that a budget mask can be larger than what I usually spend on a mask jar. Spoiler alert - it's not much. I applied it to my towel-dried hair, and the consistency was quite amusing - something in between mucus, slime, and unset jelly. My hair isn't dyed or damaged. The mask is just average. The scent is subjective, but I didn't like it; it reminded me of some laundry detergent.
Ladies, all masks only work if you apply them to towel-dried hair, generously apply under a plastic bag and towel for 20 minutes. If you apply it in the shower, the effect will be zero. Apply it and go wash the dishes or make coffee. The effect after the mask is amazing, hair becomes mirror-like and silky. One of the most worthy.
The hair feels soft, but don't expect any volume after use. It weighs down the hair even without applying it to the roots.
Ladies who have used this mask, could you please advise if you seal it with a conditioner and which one? In this product line, there is no conditioner, at least it is not available on Makeup.
A few words about my experience with this product. My hair is thin, uncolored, blond, long with porous, damaged ends, and I have been searching for the perfect restorative mask for a long time. I have been using this mask for about a month and I am still searching for the ideal way to use it. There is a clumping effect on wet hair, which is not very pleasant. I tried applying it for 15 minutes and then heat it with a flat iron - the conditioning effect was not significant, and it provided insufficient nourishment for severely dry ends. For example, I applied Matrix black in the same way and the effect was much stronger. I tried applying it according to the instructions - it didn't do anything, my hair remained very dry at the ends, and the next day I had to use additional leave-in products to reduce porosity. Today, I tried applying it for a longer period of time (1.5 hours) and when I rinsed it out, I couldn't wash out the hair that fell out from the ends. The mask seems to stick the hair together, maybe that's how it is supposed to work for strengthening, but I had to apply a conditioner to the ends. And I can say that in this application, I liked the mask. My hair became hydrated, very soft, and smooth. Overall, I'm not sure if I will repurchase this mask unless I see a truly good result before I finish using it.
I received this mask and was a little disappointed. About 9 years ago, I bought the AlfaParf Semi di Lino with the green stripe. So, this is the same mask, and the smell is the same! They just changed the packaging, that's all. It seems that a lot could have changed in 9 years - new technologies, knowledge, and scents - but here we have the same old thing.
The mask is amazing! The effect is superb, it will restore your hair 100%. My hair was not severely damaged, just a little bit, but after using this mask, they were perfectly restored. I highly recommend it! By the way, the scent of the mask is unreal.
