An excellent addition to comprehensive gum recession treatment under the guidance of a dentist is a special toothpaste from the Japanese brand Zettoc. Its formula includes sodium salt, which densifies and strengthens the soft tissues, thereby helping to prevent further deterioration and tooth loss.
This hygienic product also contains plant extracts that assist in alleviating discomfort associated with bleeding and gum recession. Specifically, Zettoc Smile Honey Astringent Effect features an extract from the medicinal herb bloodwort, known for its potent wound-healing properties. Sage leaf extract reduces painful inflammation, while the concentrated power of gambir gives the toothpaste an intense astringent effect. The product has a pleasant minty scent.

Use the toothpaste daily, in the morning and before bed.
This product produces a lot of foam and has a strong mint flavor that is almost burning. It is extremely difficult to clean and causes great discomfort. My mouth was left with a red rash all around it. Perhaps it just didn't suit me.
I highly recommend this toothpaste. It is excellent and effectively solves the problem. It foams well and leaves a long-lasting feeling of cleanliness after use. It is also economical.
Following the previous review: I gave it to my mom, who is not as sensitive about tastes, and she found it okay. We both noticed that immediately after cleaning, the gums feel a little sensitive - as if blood rushes to them (that's my mom's feedback, while for me it felt more like a pepper sensation). But for my mom, her gums healed fairly quickly after using this toothpaste, which had been bleeding and causing a lot of discomfort for some time. So, even though this toothpaste is quite specific, it does the job.
I can't say anything about the effectiveness of the toothpaste itself - I used it once and couldn't use it again because of its very unpleasant and specific taste, which lingers in the mouth for a long time (even after brushing with a different toothpaste).
I bought it for my teenager, but decided to test it myself for allergies, although I doubt the child will be able to handle this taste. It is advertised as having a mint flavor with healing herbs, but the mint is just a faint background for the "healing herbs". As I write this, I'm thinking about what to eat to get rid of this unpleasant taste in my mouth.
