After a brief adjustment period, you'll hardly notice the LadyCup during your 'code red' days. This menstrual cup offers the convenience of up to 12 hours of continuous use, surpassing the capacity of pads or tampons. Crafted from high-quality medical-grade silicone, the LadyCup is exceptionally flexible, soft, and gentle on your body, free from rigid rims or bumps.
The LadyCup is virtually invisible, allowing you to engage in activities like swimming, sports, or sleeping without any discomfort. With a lifespan of approximately 10 years, a single LadyCup purchase is a durable and cost-effective choice, paying off in the first 6-8 months.
Opting for a LadyCup is not only economical but also more hygienic than tampons. It doesn't dry the mucous membrane, leave fibers in the vagina, or cause irritation, itching, and toxic shock syndrome. Unlike pads and tampons, harmful microflora doesn't thrive on the silicone surface of LadyCup.
Embracing an ecological approach 'from A to Z,' LadyCup's instructions and packaging use recycled paper, and the included textile bag is crafted from 100% cotton. By choosing a LadyCup, you actively contribute to reducing the environmental impact of disposable menstrual products.

Before using LadyСup for the first time, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap first. Put down the cup. There are different ways to fold: you can try different and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand into the vagina. After use, the cup opens with a characteristic sucking or "pop" sound, indicating that it has been inserted correctly. When in doubt, feel the bottom of the cup. it should be round or oval when in. If you feel dents on the cup, then it has not opened up right. Carefully grasp the base of the cup (not the pin) and try to rotate it to make sure it sucked on well. When it's in there, try pulling on the spindle a little, if you feel resistance, suction has been completed and the cup has been successfully nestled!
