Lacoste L.12.12 Rose Eau de Parfum is an ode to timeless polo style, which was invented by the brand’s founder René Lacoste to illustrate casual elegance at its best. The noses behind this female floral fruity fragrance are Marie Salamagne and Ane Ayo.
Fresh and bright in its opening, rich and delectable in its heart with powerfully addictive trail, Lacoste L.12.12 Rose is in essence a symbol of spring awakening. Largely because it can so succinctly accentuate feminine beauty and sensuality, a woman wearing this fragrance can be easily singled out from the crowd.
The olfactory pyramid of Lacoste L.12.12 Rose:
Top notes explode with invigorating green tangerine and refreshing mint.
Heart notes reveal refined velvety rose paired well with sweet and somewhat spicy frangipani.
Base notes envelop in a veil of luxury marked by alluring ambrette and sensual musk.
Light, fresh, and vibrant. I bought it without testing it first. The scent is absolutely not overwhelming, it doesn't suffocate anything. I can clearly smell the tea rose. It lasts for about 2-3 hours on my skin, a little longer on clothes. It's an excellent choice for the office. I use these "compotes" when I don't want to bother people with my beloved Kirke's fragrances.
The fragrance is amazing, fresh, fruity, and delicate. I have wanted it for a long time, and after testing it from a sample, I finally have it - a whopping 100 ml.
Amazing fragrance! It's a rose scent, but not overpowering or heavy. It has a fresh hint of mint, musk, and amber. It was perfect for the summer! They have a good lasting power, with a slight spicy note, but still fresh and not suffocating. It's just right for young girls. I've received compliments from men multiple times about how good I smell :)
Musky. On one hand, the combination of fennel and mint gives the fragrance a sharp edge. On the other hand, rose and musk make it delicate.
Overall, it's an aromatic blend with a hint of spice. I wouldn't describe it as light.
