This product is absolutely useless! Whether I used the mask or just regular shampoo, it didn't nourish or moisturize my hair at all. Maybe it works for healthy hair, but for bleached, porous, damaged hair like mine, it was a huge disappointment. It didn't provide any positive results, unfortunately.

This mask is great as it provides moisture without weighing down the hair, even if used after every wash. Another huge plus for me is that it doesn't need to be left on for a long time.

Sometimes I read reviews, but today I want to write not just a review, but an address. I have been familiar with this company for a long time. I don't buy here (there is a professional store nearby). The cosmetics are worth the money. The only thing I want to explain to the lovely ladies who write that their hair "frizzes after using the mask," etc. Remember! Learn what hair is and how your own cosmetics work!
1. Choose shampoo based on your SCALP type; mask and conditioner accordingly based on your actual hair. So there's no need to buy the entire line. (Personally, I use moisturizing shampoo, and the mask and conditioner for restoration);
2. If everyone understands what is good and what is bad, start by reading what the shampoo, mask, and conditioner do (not specific ones, but in general)!!! If in simple terms, here is the BASIC information:
1) Shampoo - besides cleansing the scalp, etc., it opens the hair cuticle! (that's why your hair "frizzes and tangles" if you only wash your hair with shampoo and mask);
2) The mask works inside the hair. It is applied only to the length of the hair, without touching the roots (excluding masks for the scalp). It is used 1-2 times a week depending on the hair type. If applied to the roots and too often, the scalp will become greasier and there will be no volume;
3) Conditioner CLOSES the hair cuticle. After using it, the hair becomes smooth.
SUMMARY: Shampoo opens the cuticle, the mask penetrates inside the hair faster, and the conditioner closes the cuticle. Only in this sequence! 1. SHAMPOO, 2. MASK, 3. CONDITIONER. (it may vary in some product lines and brands)
Only then will you see the effect of the mask.
Study your hair. Google what, how, and why, and then you will be able to choose the right cosmetics for yourself.

I have been buying Joico gold hair masks for about 7 years now. I have not found a better product for hair restoration yet (I have wavy, fluffy hair). Yes, it is expensive, but I haven't found anything better for myself. This professional series is intended for salons, and the products need to be rinsed from the hair very well. If you think you have already rinsed it out, wash it again. Thoroughly, as much as possible. It is also not necessary to leave it on for a long time, 10-20 minutes is sufficient. Those who complain clearly do not follow the instructions.

This mask is expensive, but it is very effective! After just one use, my hair feels smooth and pleasant to touch, as if I just came out of a salon. I have shoulder-length, blonde-highlighted hair.

I use the shampoo, mask, and oil from this series. The shampoo is simply good, but after using the mask, my hair becomes silky and smooth! Although, after six months, my hair got used to it and the effect is not as amazing as it was in the first two to three months. I never go without the oil, otherwise, it's painful and difficult to comb my hair. In short, it suited me very well, I am satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed(( I decided to trust a well-known and expensive brand, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I have bleached hair, and masks like this are specifically made for such hair types. However, unfortunately, it had no effect. I came to the conclusion that since there were good reviews and the mask was of a small volume (50 ml) priced at 365 UAH (which is the price I bought it for; the tube lasts for 5 uses for my hair length, so it's 73 UAH per application), and my hair is porous and easily absorbs any nourishing products, there would definitely be a miraculous effect. But unfortunately, I was disappointed. The product is not economical, as the consistency is difficult to distribute evenly on the hair (it tends to not glide smoothly). When rinsing it out, my hair feels stiff, making it difficult to apply oil before blow-drying. However, after styling, my hair feels silky and shiny. Honestly, when I apply a more budget-friendly mask (Numero with oats or wheat - I don't remember the exact name), leaving it on for 15 minutes, the effect is much better. If it wasn't for the high cost of the Joico mask, I probably wouldn't have been so critical in writing this review. I tried applying it for both 5 minutes, as stated on the tube, and for 15 minutes, and even tried using a shower cap, but it just wasn't a "wow" super amazing product, no matter how much I gave it a chance. My hair is porous, colored, not "damaged," but prone to split ends (I get a haircut every 1.5 months). I will try other masks, experimenting with different methods. It's all trial and error for me.
