I give it two stars for making the hair more resilient. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me as it made my hair very dry. I noticed small tangles not only along the length but also near the roots. However, I did like the Joico Defy Damage shampoo and mask. They made my hair easier to comb and more elastic and resilient.

The air conditioner is not bad, but it didn't exceed my expectations.

This conditioner is excellent, and it is also energy-efficient. I highly recommend it. The mask is also fantastic.

This balm is weak, it doesn't have that "wow" factor. It does make my hair soft, but not very effectively. I have used better products before, so I can compare. On the other hand, the shampoo is amazing! I highly recommend it. You need to use a lot of it though, which is a downside. The results are just average.

My hair became softer and well-groomed, and it's easier to comb through. My hair is bleached and damaged. I bought the smallest size, but it will last several times for long hair. I will definitely purchase it again.
