Before handling contact lenses, wash and dry your hands, avoiding scented or medicated soaps. Place the lens on your finger, then insert it into your eye. Check the condition of the lenses before wearing them. Do not use lenses that are damaged or scratched.

To remove the lens, wash and dry your hands, slide the lens with your finger towards the white part of your eye, and then take it out. If you have difficulty removing the lens, lightly moisten it with an appropriate solution. After removal, place the lens in a container with a cleansing solution.
