Mattifying Compact Powder - Dermacol Acnecover Mattifying Powder
I liked everything about it, the powder is perfect for problematic skin.
The powder is great, it applies smoothly, but the only downside is that it doesn't come with a mirror.
This product provides excellent mattifying effects, as the powder is finely milled. It is perfect for those with a limited budget!
I bought this powder in Bratislava in the shade HONEY. I am a natural blonde with fair skin and a slight case of rosacea. I use it when it's hot and when I go to the gym. My face stays in place, there is no shine, and it doesn't cause breakouts from sweat. I definitely recommend it. However, it didn't work for my daughter, as it caused her hair to become patchy with red streaks over time. But for me, it's great. I have been using it for a month and apply it with a brush.
The powder is good, but Bell is still better. The honey shade turned out to be very dark, suitable for very tanned skin.
Honestly, the price caught my attention. I saw it in the store for several times more expensive and decided to try it. I have oily skin, and when I applied this powder, by the way, the included sponge is excellent, usually I throw them away, but this one is great. I applied it at 8 am, and until 4 pm, my face did not shine. I touched it up at work, and my face looked great until the evening. For its price, it's simply a fantastic powder. I highly recommend it for those with oily and acne-prone skin, and for those on a limited budget.
This powder is excellent for combination skin as it effectively mattifies with a rating of 5+. Moreover, the price is incredibly low considering its high quality.
I really liked this powder. I have oily skin and I have tried different powders from various price ranges, but none of them managed to keep my face matte throughout the whole workday. This powder, however, not only mattifies my face but also has healing properties. It helps dry out breakouts, leaving my skin looking super matte and fresh. I chose shade 3.
This powder is awful, it's so expensive but the quality is worse than cheap ones. It does mattify the face, but it looks really strange and unnatural on the skin. The powder has a noticeable yellow undertone. It doesn't cover the face evenly, I used a sponge all over my face, but it ended up blotchy for some reason, with certain areas lighter and others darker, like patches!!! Even though I applied the powder evenly (and just a little bit). It's a waste of money, I don't recommend it.
Girls, I don't recommend it. It darkens the face, and quite significantly. After buying it, I read in the reviews that powders with kaolin darken on the face... If only I had known earlier, I definitely wouldn't have bought it. Now I have to order another one.
For this price, it's an excellent option. The shade 1 matched well with my pale "olive" skin tone. Actually, it's hard to make a mistake with the shade because the powder is semi-transparent and doesn't provide heavy coverage. However, it kept my oily skin matte from 8 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon, and it also made my skin less shiny than usual afterwards. It doesn't cover imperfections and pimples, but it doesn't cause breakouts or irritate my skin (I'm allergic). Overall, I'm thrilled about it. It's a pity I didn't know about this powder 15 years ago when I was a teenager. By the way, it has a scent of tea tree oil.
I am very satisfied with this purchase. The texture of the powder is delicate, and there is no feeling of a mask on the face after application. It stays on perfectly all day and helps to get rid of shine.
This lightweight, transparent powder effectively eliminates oily shine and subtly evens out the skin tone, although it doesn't provide heavy coverage. I gifted it to my sister, who is a schoolgirl.
I bought this product a couple of weeks ago after reading positive reviews. I am satisfied with my purchase as it offers a good price-quality ratio. It doesn't provide heavy coverage, which I consider more of a plus than a minus as I dislike the "mask effect." However, it does even out and slightly dry out the skin tone. I chose the color based on Lyudmila's review, and the Shell shade is indeed a beige tone. I recommend it for problematic skin.
I bought this product for myself in the spring and I am satisfied with it. It doesn't provide strong coverage, but it does a decent job of evening out the skin tone. It doesn't clog my wide pores and helps dry out inflammations. For normal skin, it is necessary to use a moisturizing cream in combination with it.
The pictures are mixed up for the first and second shades. The slightly pinkish and the lightest shade is actually the first one, porcelain. The tone is very light, but it might still be slightly dark for those with very fair skin. However, it was perfect for me with a slight tan. It slightly yellowed on my skin, but all powders and foundations tend to do that on me. I have a clear pink undertone and no hint of yellow pigment in my skin.
I bought this product for my teenage daughter. It effectively dries out and covers up blemishes, giving a matte finish. I apply it over the foundation and concealer from the same brand. I will definitely get one for myself too.
I wanted to find a comparable alternative to Shiseido Pureness because my shade is currently not available on the website. I purchased the shade number 1, which is suitable for fair skin. The powder is lightweight and it mattifies my combination skin perfectly, although it does not effectively conceal imperfections. However, it works excellently as a setting powder for foundation. I am giving it a rating of 4 only due to its weak coverage.
I liked it. Despite the lack of reviews, I took a risk and I don't regret it! The powder applies well, mattifies perfectly, and stays on my face throughout the day. It doesn't create a mask effect. My skin tends to be dry during the cold seasons, but with this powder, that problem is nonexistent! I highly recommend it.
