This is probably the first time I leave a negative review. I bought this serum based on the reviews claiming that it is effective, but I agree with the comment that it acts like glue and hardly absorbs into the skin, foaming when applied. I used to have a different serum, but it became more expensive, so I decided to replace it with this one. I tried applying it in various ways - on clean skin, on toned skin, on damp skin, using more or less product - but it still feels sticky and leaves a film. When I apply cream on top, it slides off. I used it for three weeks and saw no results, so I've decided to stop using it and not torture myself anymore. I bought it in Ukraine, but there was no expiration date or manufacturing date indicated on the box or bottle, only some numbers like in the photo, which are probably the batch number.
I can't help but add my review. The serum is incredible. I could clearly see the results within a week. It got rid of redness that nothing else could handle for almost 2 months. It is thick and slightly sticky, and it has a strong smell of tea tree, which some people may like and some may not. But regardless, the results are worth it, and the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it!
I have been using this product for almost three weeks now, almost every evening, in combination with other skincare products. I have noticed that my skin eruptions heal faster and my skin feels smoother to the touch and looks better overall. I have combination skin with occasional breakouts, and I have not experienced any irritation in the mornings. So far, I am satisfied with this product.
I have been using it for almost 2 months, but I don't see any effect at all. I bought it to fight black spots.
The actual effect can be noticed.
I really liked the serum, I have been using it for a month and it works well for breakouts. For those who will be using acids for the first time, take note that there will be a purging process during the first few weeks, meaning there will be a lot of breakouts. Don't be afraid and continue using it.
I didn't buy this product here, but I will gladly order it again because I couldn't find it in the store where I usually shop. This product is my salvation against breakouts. I use it two to three times a week when I get small closed pimples on my forehead and cheeks, usually when I sweat. This serum comes to the rescue and I gently cleanse my face with mild foaming cleansers containing lactic acid before bed, then apply a very small amount of serum by patting it onto my skin. In the morning, I wake up with a feeling of clean skin, and the small pimples are reduced to almost unnoticeable. The full effect, however, usually takes one to two days for them to completely disappear.
This serum may be aggressive for sensitive skin and may cause a slight tingling sensation. But for my combination skin, using this product once a week is enough, and it greatly helps against breakouts caused by oiliness. I highly recommend it, but it's important to be cautious and not use this serum as if it were a night cream. Everything should be done in moderation and with intervals. You will definitely like this product, I only use this one and it has never helped me fight closed types of pimples, like comedones, so intensively before.
I use it 1-2 times a week. After use, I slightly feel alcohol and acids on areas where occasional breakouts occur, but it's not a big issue. It has SPF for the morning. It shouldn't be used every day, and it's important to moisturize the skin with a simple acid-free cream. It's better to use it at night.
Good budget option for salicylic acid. There is a slight stickiness after application, but it is not critical if used in the evening routine.
I didn't buy it here, but I want to add a comment since there is very little information about this product. I have combination skin and used it for about a week, as instructed, using a cream with SPF. The serum has a pleasant texture, but it feels very sticky on the face. The smell is not great, it reminds me of some medicinal product. After using it, it stings a bit, but I thought it was supposed to be that way because it contains acids. With each use, the burning sensation on the skin increased, and I even felt the desire to wash it off. I decided to stop using it, and now my whole face has become very dry and crusty. I will now have to treat it. I do not recommend this product.
I liked it, it suited my oily skin. Unlike some alcohol tonics, I couldn't feel any alcohol in it, giving a pleasant feeling of cleanliness. It doesn't increase oiliness, but I can't say if it reduces it because the serum doesn't fully absorb if applied to dry skin. However, the skin still breathes. The effect of the niacinamide serum is visible immediately as it absorbs completely. Maybe they should be combined. I use it every three days.
