The pencil is wonderful. Yes, it is really soft, but also long-lasting! It stays on my oily skin until I remove my makeup. It creates a very beautiful powdery effect and comes with a brush for blending. You can draw your eyebrows however you like. Shade 121 is the perfect cool brown with an olive undertone. It matches my natural hair color, which is a shade 6, perfectly.
