1. Before applying to dry hair, comb it thoroughly.
2. To avoid stains on your face, apply a thin layer of a greasy skin cream to the area around your face before coloring. To remove any dye stains from your skin, use a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover or a cleansing solution.
3. Wear the gloves provided in the package.
4. Unscrew the cap of the developer bottle.
5. Unscrew the cap of the color cream tube.
6. Squeeze all of the color cream into the developer bottle.
7. Close the bottle and shake it until you get a uniform mixture.
8. Remove the seal on the bottle. The dye is now ready to use. To get familiar with the applicator, we suggest first applying the product to a tissue. Remember to wear gloves.
Use the prepared mixture immediately and do not store it for future use.
The color of the dye in the tube after opening, the color of the mixed solution before application, and the color observed during the waiting period are not the final results that will be achieved after dyeing.
1. Apply the coloring mixture to dry, unwashed hair using the applicator, starting from the roots and spreading through the entire length of the hair.
2. Apply the coloring mixture to the roots of each strand and leave it for 10 minutes, then distribute it throughout the hair. Massage the hair with your fingertips to ensure even application.
3. Leave it on for an additional 20 minutes. During this time, there’s no need to wear a cap or use additional heat. If you have a perm, reduce the waiting time by 5 minutes.
4. Afterward, apply a small amount of water to your hair and gently massage. Rinse your hair thoroughly until the water runs clear. Apply the color-lock conditioner to damp hair for a shiny and glossy effect. Wait a few minutes, rinse again, and then style your hair as usual.
I really like the Oyster brand paint. I choose the rich brown shade. I appreciate that it covers areas with gray hair and lasts for 3 weeks (I wash my hair every other day).
The paint covered well. However, instead of covering my gray hair, it left me with three shades of reddish-brown. I left it on for 20 minutes. The resulting color was slightly black, even though I chose a brown shade. However, after washing my hair, the desired color started to show. I didn't test the compatibility of the dye with my skin. Usually, everything is fine. But with this one, I had a slight reaction - my scalp felt itchy and irritated.
I really liked the hair dye shade 1.0. I used it to cover my gray hair, and it gave my hair a healthy shine. I am satisfied with the result.
I've been using it for a couple of years, and there's hardly any gray hair left. I buy it for the color, which suits me very well. One package is enough for my roots (I have thick and porous hair), but it works for me too.
The paint smells like some kind of mold, which is tolerable but unpleasant. It covers well, but I don't have any gray hair. Nothing special, but not bad.
Unfortunately, it does not cover the gray hair. It's a pity. I can't find an alternative to Azalea, which is no longer available on Makeup.
