During the coloring process, errors often occur that lead to unsatisfactory results. The dye, deeply fixed in the strands, is difficult to remove with household products, and waiting for it to wash out on its own can be very time-consuming. To avoid damaging the strands, experts at Master LUX have developed a two-phase product consisting of a restorer and an activator. This product allows you to cleanse curls of artificial pigment, thanks to a special technology that breaks the bonds between the chemical composition of the dye and the hair structure.
Features of Master LUX Professional:
- An excellent choice for those who wish to return to their natural hair color or have achieved an undesirable coloring result;
- The set includes 2 products — a restorer and an activator;
- The powerful formula thoroughly removes synthetic pigment;
- Does not damage natural locks;
- Contains components that care for the hair structure;
- After use, strands can be recolored.-
Mix the Restorer (R) and Activator (A) in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.
Quickly apply the mixture to dry hair.
Leave it on for 30 to 50 minutes (preferably with heat).
After the time has passed, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water, then use the Deep Cleaning Master LUX professional shampoo.
ATTENTION! You can apply the color removal mixture from Master LUX professional several times, but no more than three applications.
Once the desired level of color removal is achieved, proceed with stabilization.

After a failed attempt at home hair dyeing left dark spots, I used this product and removed them in less than 10 minutes, even though the packaging suggested 20-30 minutes. As for the scent, after using shampoo and conditioner, there was no lingering smell in my hair.
I've been dyeing my hair red for about 8 years, but decided to experiment and went purple. I bought this color remover to take out any residual color afterward. I didn't realize that I had used a non-ammonia dye with a developer for the red, but the purple was a direct dye, which this remover doesn't affect.
So, it removed the red pigment wonderfully, and I was amazed by how quickly and painlessly it happened. The smell is indeed distinct, but bearable. After using the remover, I washed my hair several times with a deep-cleaning shampoo, and the smell almost disappeared; the next wash got rid of it completely.
Overall, my hair didn't lose much quality. Right after using the remover and shampoo, it was dry, but after three days of my regular hair masks, it returned to its normal state. Maybe just a bit drier, but with intensive care, it will be back to its usual condition.
So, it effectively removes dye with a developer, but not direct pigments (for which there are special removers, as I've now learned).
Everything arrived in excellent condition, and I am very happy with the purchase! I even received a small gift, which may seem like a little thing, but it was such a nice surprise!
I used to dye my hair with chestnut and chocolate colors. Over time, the layers of dye built up, and my hair was almost black. For the past year, I had been using Ekmi toning balms. After using a color remover, the areas with the old dye didn’t change at all. The toning balm, about 20 cm from the roots, turned a dull beetroot brownish-green and looked uneven.
The smell deserves its own review. I did the procedure in a bathroom with good ventilation and a window, but I felt nauseous and had a terrible headache for the whole day afterward. I won't be using this product again because of the smell.
I'm sorry, but the text you've provided seems incomplete. Could you please provide the full product review?
Great product! I bought it after a failed dye job that turned my hair black instead of chestnut. I was really worried about damaging my hair, especially since it had already been lightened before, but thankfully, my hair is fine and didn't dry out.
Effective product, but it has a strong smell.
Overall, the product is decent. I used it twice with ammonia-free dye. It washed out well from most of the hair, but I had to wait longer for the ends. I left it on for 25 minutes before rinsing it out because I got a bit nervous
Here's a coherent translation of the product review:
"What a waste of time and money. I saw no results after using it; it didn't wash out anything from my hair. Plus, it left a terrible smell, like sewage, on my head."
I didn't purchase it here, but I want to share my opinion since I often look for answers in reviews myself. I've been dyeing my hair dark brown for about 8 years, and for the last six months, I've switched to black. I got a bit tired of it and decided to remove the color since I don't have the patience to grow it out. Plus, if anything happens to my hair, it's not a big deal—I'm on maternity leave, it's winter, and I'll be wearing a hat until May. I left the product on for 45 minutes. The pigment washed out from the roots for about 5 cm, and the rest of the hair became about half a tone lighter. My hair is mid-back length. I plan to use the product three more times because I want to achieve a vibrant red color and then tone it to a milk chocolate or caramel shade. My hair is fine and porous, but it hasn't gotten worse, and there's no smell from the dye. I recommend it!
Great! I didn't expect it. I was sure that nothing could lighten such dark hair. While it won't turn white, achieving a lighter shade is definitely possible.
My favorite product)
I didn't order it here, but I'm satisfied! This product is a 10000/10. It lasted for 40 minutes, had an unpleasant smell, and made my hair a bit dry, so it's necessary to apply a hair mask after shampooing. Other than that, everything is good; I achieved a dark color in just one go.
I am satisfied with the result! I applied it myself, left it for 30 minutes, and my hair became voluminous and porous. The dark satin color washed out, as it was supposed to. Now I can go back to my original red mahogany shade.
I won't say anything new - the product has a very aggressive odor. However, the results more than make up for such inconvenience, so this is definitely a recommendation.
