I find this shampoo to be decent. I have fine and thick hair that tends to tangle. Usually, my scalp doesn't feel very fresh on the second day after washing. With this shampoo, I can go without washing my hair for 2 days without any issues. It's better to not use it without conditioner or balm as the shampoo doesn't untangle the hair on its own. It's an acceptable option, but I will continue searching for a better one.
