The instructions say that the product should be applied, massaged, and then gently massaged with cotton pads soaked in hot water, without pressure, carefully. Then the product turns into a white milk and washes off.

This is just awful, especially after being impressed by Heymish. It doesn't wash off with water, it feels like they didn't even add any emulsifier to the formula. You have to use foam or gel to remove it. It poorly fulfills its function as a cleansing balm. On top of that, the texture is uneven and has some particles.

Very pleasant balm. I use it in the evening as a facial massage product after removing makeup, the balm alone cannot handle cosmetics. The skin is very soft and nourished after it. It washes off with the help of foam or gel cleanser and has a very pleasant scent. It smells like floral honey to me, and thanks to this scent, the routine massage process turns into a pleasant meditation.
