I have been using retinol regularly since I have acne. Or rather, I used to have acne. I've always relied on medically approved treatments specifically designed for acne. For the first time, I ordered a cosmetic product with retinol for the under-eye area. I used up the entire bottle, and... nothing happened. The product supposedly has a high concentration of retinol, which should have been effective. I've never dealt with such a high concentration before, so I was even a bit afraid to use it. I started with the usual patch test on a small area of skin. And still—nothing!

Those who have experience with genuine retinol will understand that this product doesn't contain any. It's either just a marketing gimmick, or the retinol has been deactivated due to incompatible ingredients. By the way, this is quite common when retinol becomes ineffective because of improper ingredient mixing or storage.

It's an absolute waste. It's just a gentle cream, and it should be seen as nothing more. Don't expect any retinol benefits because it's either not present or not working.

How can I evaluate this product when half of the cream remains inside the bottle, and the pump doesn't reach it? Because of this, I couldn't tell if it has any effect or not!
