Absolutely useless. The shampoo is somewhat acceptable (you don't expect much from a shampoo), but there is no sign of the claimed softening and nourishing effects. Additionally, the packaging is quite unsuccessful for such a thick product, it becomes difficult to squeeze out from the middle. It does protect the color, but it would be better to choose another gentle conditioner with a more pronounced caring effect, as there are such options available.
The color does not fade. However, after using it, I still have to use a non-rinse product. It is a bit difficult to comb my hair after using it. It feels like rinsing my hair with water and vinegar.
