Traditionally, with the arrival of the autumn-winter chill, the season for cold-related illnesses "kicks off." A well-known saying goes: "Forewarned is forearmed," which prompts us to consider preventive measures in the face of illness. One of the alternative medical practices is inhalation with essential oils. Scientists from the Ukrainian brand "Aromatika" have developed a unique combination of essential oils called "Health Formula for the Cold Season."
The blend includes eucalyptus, fir, rosemary, peppermint, and nutmeg sage essential oils. The product stands out not only for its healing properties but also for its versatility. By adding a couple of drops of this "mix" to a home humidifier, you can easily disinfect and refresh the air in your space. Used through hot and cold inhalations, it allows for quick and effective elimination of inflammatory and congestive phenomena in the respiratory organs and pharynx, clears the respiratory tract, and helps get rid of colds, bronchitis, inflammations, and tuberculosis.
Additionally, the solution can be used in aromatherapy and during bath procedures. The aroma composition "Health Formula for the Cold Season" will enhance the body's defensive forces and reinvigorate you.
Aroma Bath: add 1-2 tablespoons of an emulsifier (sea salt, honey) to 3-5 drops of the solution, dissolve in 0.5 liters of warm water, then add this mixture to the bathwater. The procedure should last between 10 to 20 minutes.

The best blend of essential oils, especially great for the sauna, it's a delight to breathe in again and again. I've tried other ones, but they didn't really appeal to me. The only downside is that this oil is very difficult to purchase, as it is almost never available.
I used it in an aroma lamp. The scent of eucalyptus and fir cannot be felt. There is a weak smell of mint and lemongrass... It didn't impress me.
