How do I exchange or return goods?

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged or faulty, please send photos and a short explanation to our customer support team. We will review your request, provide return instructions and arrange a courier collection. Refunds are issued within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How does delivery work and how long does it take?

We deliver across the UK via Evri (formerly Hermes) courier, to Evri parcelshops or lockers. Delivery cost: £3.90, free for orders over £19. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days from dispatch.

However, the benefits of this popular plant don't end there, as the essential oil derived from vanilla pods and beans offers a wide range of beneficial properties. The Ukrainian brand "Adverso," specializing in the production of natural cosmetic products, has launched its own version of this remarkable product for aromatherapy.
The "Vanilla" essential oil from the domestic brand "Adverso" acts as a natural aphrodisiac, positively affecting the skin and the whole body. This product helps improve digestion and alleviate premenstrual syndrome. Moreover, the aroma of vanilla essential oil helps combat insomnia and irritability.
For an aroma lamp: Use 3-5 drops per 15 square meters.
For cold inhalations: Apply 2-7 drops of essential oil to a piece of cloth or a handkerchief and inhale throughout the day.
For aroma pendants: Use 2-3 drops.
For a bath: Mix 4-7 drops of oil with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, cream, whey, or a solution of sea or table salt) before adding to the water.
For massage: Use 3 drops of essential oil per 10 grams of carrier oil.
To enhance creams, toners, shampoos, and conditioners: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil per 10 grams of the base product.
