- Baths: Mix 10-15 drops of the oil blend with honey, milk, or sea salt and add it to a bath at 37-38°C. Perform this procedure 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes each time. - Nasal drops: Mix the oil blend with sea buckthorn oil in a 1:20 ratio. Instill 5 drops of this mixture into each nostril and inhale deeply. It is recommended to do this procedure twice a day until recovery.

How do I exchange or return goods?
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged or faulty, please send photos and a short explanation to our customer support team. We will review your request, provide return instructions and arrange a courier collection. Refunds are issued within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
