I ordered two bottles of oil for papillomas and a Pond's cream, hoping to receive them in one package to save on shipping costs. However, no one called me, and I ended up receiving two separate packages! I had to pay for shipping twice, which was frustrating. The oil for papillomas doesn't work, even though I've been using it regularly. On the bright side, it does repel insects, which is a nice bonus!
