Black Sea Mud Naturalissimo

I've been using this mud for about four months now and it's fantastic! It's a shame it's still out of stock because I'm almost running out, even though I initially bought a whole kilogram.

I use it as a face mask. Although the mud is unrefined, I don't think that detracts from its quality. It's one of the few products that truly helps me reduce irritation, breakouts, and inflammation. My pores have tightened, blackheads have decreased, and pimples appear less frequently, are smaller, and heal faster. It's the best in terms of effectiveness, especially when used alongside other skincare products.

I recommend starting with a cleansing foam, followed by a gel peel, and then applying the mud. I remove it with a damp sponge. After the mask, it's essential to moisturize your face well with a good cream.

My oily-combination skin truly appreciates this mud. Plus, I don’t find its scent unpleasant at all. It has a mild fragrance that is subtle and hardly noticeable.

The product might be good, but it seems it's not suitable for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, it ended up burning half of my face.

I'll dock a point because the product is not thoroughly cleaned. As mentioned in other reviews, there are large granules in the mix. I simply sifted the product through a fine sieve and put it back in the jar. The result is an excellent face mask. The jar has a strong odor when first opened. Over time, the top layer lightens and the smell fades, so you only notice it the first time you apply it to your face. I have oily skin with enlarged pores. I wouldn't say it provides super cleansing or affects the pores much, but overall, I'm pleased with it.

The mud is decent, but it feels gritty, like there's sand, salt, and something else in it. The smell is tolerable. You need to be very careful when applying it to your face and just as cautious when rinsing it off because it can be scratchy. When I used it as a mask, I made sure to keep it moist with a little water, and the results were good!

Great mask! I applied it before showering, and it washed off perfectly in just 5 seconds. The scent is tolerable, though it's quite strong when you open the jar. However, you don't notice it on your face. After rinsing, my skin felt smooth. I highly recommend it!

I bought this mud mask following a recommendation for treating breakouts. I used it only on my face as a mask. It did make my skin smoother and tightened my pores. However, the particles in it are not just large—they're huge. They severely irritate the skin, and instead of helping with breakouts, these chunks exacerbate them, leaving my face red and irritated. It looks terrible. Even if you manage to apply the mud gently, washing it off still damages the skin. We usually choose scrubs with fine particles and use them sparingly to avoid harming our skin, yet this product with its big pieces is suggested for facial use! The face needs gentle cleansing, after all! Additionally, it seems like this mud clogs pores. I've never had such pronounced blackheads before. I strongly advise against using this product on your face.

I've only used it twice as an anti-cellulite treatment since it's a bit of a hassle. So, I can't really comment on that aspect. I didn't notice any overwhelming smell, and I'm definitely planning to buy more!

Amazing product, especially for oily skin. However, the smell is quite terrible, to be honest. I found a solution by letting the jar "air out" a bit, which seems to help. Once applied to the skin, you kind of get used to it, and the benefits it has for the skin make it worth tolerating the scent. Plus, the jar lasts a long time, so it's a good investment.

Regarding the "smell from hell"—oh yes, it's like sulfur times ten! BUT! Ladies, here's a tip: take your favorite essential oil—I used grapefruit—add a few drops (be careful not to overdo it, as essential oils can cause burns), and I also added some dried seaweed. It becomes much more bearable immediately.

I wouldn’t recommend applying it to your face, partly because of the smell and also because it seems to clog pores even more and worsen blackheads. (Maybe using a scrub after this mask would help.) I'm still considering using this mud as a hair mask, but hair tends to absorb odors, and this one definitely has a strong scent. I applied it to my legs and even found a piece of wood in it—well, it is mud after all. After wrapping, my skin felt toned and it didn’t dry out, so I hope it’s nourishing.

Does this product have a warming effect?

I bought sulfide mud directly from Sivash before, and this one smells exactly the same, just not as strong. It has the same color and consistency. I really liked it. The jar is sealed with foil, unlike some of the more expensive muds that leaked out of the box during delivery. This one also looks more natural. I got it for body wraps.
