Not a bad budget option.
I really liked the cream.
We have been using it for a very long time, and it's been a great budget option that worked well for morning puffiness and dark circles. But something happened... I ordered it for the second time and was disappointed - the smell has changed to a very unpleasant one, almost like it's old... and it stopped working.
I cannot speak for its performance, but the packaging is quite disappointing. I'm not sure what this tube has been through, but it doesn't look pleasant. I am giving it three stars solely for the makeup's performance, as it never disappoints.
I have been purchasing this cream for several years. It has a pleasant scent and is affordable. It moisturizes well. However, the last time I received it, the nozzle was bent and it had an awful smell, as if it was 10 years old. The manufacturing date was in 2020, so it hasn't expired yet, but still! It performs its basic function well, after all cleansing steps it restores a comfortable moisturized state of the skin around the eyes and lips. Since it is very basic in nature (no whitening, exfoliating, etc.), I apply it on my lips under lipstick or balm, it provides a very light moisturization. The scent and taste are neutral. I bought it a year and a half ago and the composition seemed quite decent to me, now I understand that it's nothing special, but at least it doesn't cause allergies.
