I have been using this glue for almost a year. To prevent it from being too runny, you should carefully cut it from the very edge and leave a tiny hole. If you cut it in the middle of the nozzle, the glue will leak out and seem very watery. I apply it directly to the strip lashes and then stick them on. This takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
I remove it with soap and then use micellar water to clean off any residue if there is any.
It's a decent glue for its price and it doesn't have any smell.
