The product arrived already dried up and does not paint at all. It's a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.
To be honest, it's not very good. On the third use, you already have to apply it multiple times to achieve a rich color.

Special thanks to those who wrote in the comments that it is matte..) On the right in the photo is Eveline Liquid Precision (I was looking for a replacement for it because it's not very convenient to apply) - this is a true matte eyeliner, and on the left is Pudra a few minutes after application, in a completely dried state. I don't know in which universe it is matte. The eyeliner is long-lasting, but this cheap shine that resembles plastic film was very disappointing.
I did not like this eyeliner. The tip started to dry out after just two weeks of use. After a month, it became impossible to use. The brush is very stiff and not convenient to use. Overall, the quality is low, just like the shine of this brand. I do not recommend it.
And I want to add that I have had the eyeliner for over 2 months. And it doesn't dry out or lose its properties. I am satisfied.
This is a really good product. Personally, it lasts at least 6 hours for me, and it is easy to use. The only downside is that it starts to roll off after 12 hours of application and is slightly liquidy. Other than that, I would give it a solid 4 out of 5.
