Is this a new formula or something? As for the effect, the one from Germany is simply amazing, it even visibly fills in wrinkles. Sometimes I use it as a base for makeup.
The cream moisturizes the skin well, leaving no sticky feeling and does not clump. The only downside is the smell, which resembles that of a cheap cream.
